Dianne brings a new theme to every class that helps her students to stretch their minds as well as bodies. These weekly lessons in life are used to create a mindful practice that goes well beyond the poses on the mat.

Dianne lives her yoga, having a strong personal asana  practice for over 13 years and being a meditator most of her adult life. More importantly she embodies yoga in the way she lives her life with sweetness, strength and compassion. She completed her 200 hour training with Mary Pat Murphy and Rowan Silverberg at Namaste Yoga Studio in 2009. She continues to expand her knowledge and understanding by attending workshops with a wide variety of practitioners. She is knowledgeable in energy healing and is a Master Teacher of Seichim as well as Level One certified in Reiki.

Dianne is a regular sub for Vinyasa classes and also teaches our periodic Meditation classes.
