If you are new to YogaGeauga, please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to get signed up for class. Once you are a more experienced student, it’s a good idea to arrive 5 – 10 minutes early to give yourself time to sign in and set up your mat and props.
When you arrive, please leave your shoes and socks on the shelves in the entry area so we can keep the outside world off of the practice area floor as much as possible.
It is recommended to practice yoga on an empty stomach. Try to give light meals an hour to digest before class. Longer for larger meals.
Please avoid wearing strongly scented perfumes, colognes or deodorants.
Always let your teacher know if you have any injuries or limitations so they can help you stay safe!
Remember to bring your sense of humor 🙂
